Terminator Salvation T-600 (I got this on the secondary market, so I'm missing the extra, swappable endoskeleton head and trading card):

Transformers ROTF Skids [I'm not sure if I've got the transformation 100% correct--mine came packed with the wrong instructions (Mudflap's), so I had to wing it using only the two photos on the cardback as a guide].
