That was mimicking Johnny Five from the Short Circuit movies than it was Terminator.
As for others, can't think of any off hand. But I like how AVGN did his TMNT review where he discusses the original toon, and says how a lot of the titles were based off of old 50s/60s B sci-fis. Skip ahead to 8:06 -
