While its debatable whether Once Upon a Time Machine is either Season 4 or 5, Planet of the Turtleoids is clearly part of Season 5 based on the Technodrome's location which is an error by Lionsgate. Also, why "Disc 7" for Season 4 when the original only had 5 discs? Perhaps the European Vacation episodes are being moved to Season 4.
