Can't remember what restaurant it was or is that served/serves snake meat balled up in breading and spices. Pretty sure it's a chain. My mom tasted it and felt queasy the rest of the evening just thinking about it. I wouldn't touch it. lol
Probably the most 'exotic' I've had is bison, but that's not even that out there anymore. (One of note, the bison chili - and burgers - at the cafe at the Indian museum in D.C. is quite good.)
