Insomnia/Sleeping Advice
Hello, everyone.
As I focus more on myself health-wise, I've been noticing a really irritating thing happening for the past week now. Lately, I haven't been sleeping until mid-morning. If I had to estimate, the latest was 6 AM yesterday. Normally, I fall asleep about 10 to 11 PM, but not so much now.
I am not sure if it's due to the summer heat or something else, but I could really use some advice. I really don't like not being able to sleep and being awake for a lot of the night. Whether it be insomnia or something else entirely, I'm not sure.
If you have any advice (yes, I will be visiting a doctor in a few days), feel free to PM me or respond. I could use all the help I could get.
