Did you guys confirm your orders with Sideshow a few months back? I don't recall when exactly--it was perhaps a few months ago--but at some point they said you needed to confirm within Sideshow's system or the order would be cancelled.
I did not receive the same e-mail, but fortunately they're working with you to get everything settled.
