That shows there are uncertainties about it, & Armaggon isn't from Dimension X, so...
Not sure who it might be, but I'd guess they'd be from one of the two arcade games. Krang, maybe. Could be Fly Baxter, he spends a lot of time in Dimension X & is of course the boss in Turtle In Time's first level.

Second I highly doubt that Randy even knows the fact that he's not from dimension x. My guess is Trevor wanted him in the line and told Randy he was from dimension x. So Randy's clueless but I'm sure that doesn't come as a big suprise to most.
