Jim Cummings is doing the voice. Apparently it was mentioned that Darkwing was going to be in the DuckTales reboot last year at a panel but the news never spread. The original voice of Quackerjack is returning as well. Not sure about the other villains yet. Cut to 36:31 of the panel.
