But it's really you who may want to review the very link you posted in the other thread to the tfwiki definition of toy scalping. The second clause of the opening sentence says "with the intention of creating an artificial scarcity". If a person's motivation for buying 2 SDCC NECA sets is something other than that (say, trading or backups or just because they want them), then your cherry-picked definition of a nebulous colloquial term indicates they are not toy scalping no matter how much everyone here bleats about it.
But that of course has nothing to do with DreamEx turtles, which I am proud to own a full set of and as cool as a $10k payout would be I would probably still hang on to them, they are that unique and well done!
