It just doesn't bode well for too many future "Big-Scale" super-hero shows. Which doesn't surprise me. Frankly, I'm amazed with what they can get away with on The Flash. I'm not shocked that this other project is stunningly cost-prohibitive.
Call it a hunch, but even disregarding the movies being in the way, I'm guessing we're still at least 20 years away from a live-action JLA show.

Yeah, knowing that the cost is super-problematic for Legends, I'm now wishing the show had never gotten off the ground and they'd recycled that budget into Flash for a couple of good Grodd-centric Gorilla City episodes... and King Shark, gimme more King Shark.
