that's part of the reason commissions can be a big pain. on the rare times when i do take commissions, i always ask for half of the payment up front (unless its one of my few regular customers) and the remainder once i email them pics of the final product. this way if they flake out i'll at least have something for my time. sorry to hear that man. that blows. the pic is great though!
