Mine would have to be the nerfing of Rahzar in Manhattan Project. here they introduced this bada$$ secondary mutation for Bradford in Shellacne only to be bested in no time when we see him again. I'm hoping he's wanting everyone to underestimate him as part of some scheme, but I suppose I'll just have to wait and see. The nerf wasn't unbearable, but I was expecting more from this guy during his second appearance. That's honestly the only negative thing I can think of. It isn't even all that big of a deal to me because I trust that the writers know what they're doing.
