Yeah, ideas.wiki is, to my understanding, simply a place where people pretend to pitch their own ideas. I think I came across one of those a bit ago.
Besides... that speculative future PD films (if it even had a future) would replace the Turtle actors doesn't even make sense since that bunch did well and had great chemistry. (Surprised this "idea" didn't even include them.)
