Yeah, NECA needs to scrap their biggest/most popular TMNT line. That'd be great for both their business and us as customers.

The black painted lines on the ‘17 SDCC and second wave Target 2 pack figures kill the appeal for me. The Cartoon figures are meant to be shelved and nothing else. There is not any play value to them like there is with both scales of the 1990 Movie figures.
