Was back at Target. No TMNT basic figures at all. In fact I think the only toys left were a couple of micro sets. They were some of the few items that didn't get clearanced. Which I thought was odd. I also got Usagi with horse on clearance at Walmart. I think their basic figs were marked down too. Can't remember for sure now.
