Yeah, John Wesley Shipp wasn't blonde in the original Flash show, either, but I got over it. I love when they get people who look exactly like they stepped off the comic page, but it's more important they act the part right. It seems like they added a little of Wally's personality to flesh him out a bit, which makes sense, because frankly, Barry's always been a bit of a stiff and not a very interesting character on his own, in my opinion. So far it seems good, though.
I don't love the suit but I get why certain things are the way they are. I just don't get why they circle logo is red instead of white. I know that's such a minor nitpick, but it's just like the S shield in "Man of Steel"... if you're 9/10s "perfect" with something, why fudge the last 1/10 just to be "different", when you know people are just gonna nitpick it anyway?
Other than that I think it's okay. I'm sure we'll see more of it in motion than we will standing still. I always really liked the Flash suit from the original show but looking at it now, as accurate as it was, it really looks kind of like a Six Flags character costume.
I'll check this show out. Wasn't sure but they've got me curious.
