Let's see.....

NES- Legend of Zelda (original), Final Fantasy, or Super Mario 3. Played the crap out of those. Also Duck Hunter, oddly enough.

Super NES- Probably Sonic or Starfox.

PS- Final Fantasy VII and VIII. My fave entries in the series.

X-Box- Halo and Morrowind. Morrowind was actually the game that convinced me to get the console, due to how gorgeous it was for those days.

360- ES: Oblivion, hands down. It's why we bought the console on preorder at launch of the system, and ended up going through TWO consoles and two copies of the game due to playing it so much! (First console got the RRoD, and we warped a disc from overheating playing it.)

Haven't owned anything newer, but X-BoxOne would have to be something like latest FallOut or Red Dead Redemption. Dunno, really. PS4? New Grand Theft?

PC- too many to consider anything definitive. I like Fate, Diablo, and Neverwinter Nights.
