The physical versions of games are still good to have if your emulator/pc breaks for some reason. Assuming you already have them to begin with.
The collector market is still huge. Emulators are awesome but I’d never get rid of my game collection to play exclusively on emulation. Same goes for movies/tv and digital. I Still want an actual tangible copy of stuff. Basically a backup.
