Not me directly, but folks inquired on Twitter and reported the various responses in this thread over time. I doubt either of us wanna search these 86 pages for it, but it's here, somewhere.
Unfortunate, too. If they had just upscaled the head sculpt a little bit it'd be a lot less irksome (not that it'd stop me from buying these if I had the cash!).
& while I don't own any of these, I have read quite a number of people reporting the same issues you're having. Dunno a fix though.
