It's the same content with two different covers-- the one with a big 25TH on the cover is the limited edition hardcover printing (only 500 were printed) and the listed "Pages: 276" count must be a typo.

aha! that is the one i want. but i'm betting the "Pages: 276" ain't a typo. one would have to email the Mirage ones and ask
