I think the English version is the best since thats what I'm used to and haven't really listened to the theme song in any other languages, so it would feel less iconic if I did.
Even with that however, I admit I absolutely love the Japanese opening to the 80s series, very fitting since the intro looks like an anime. I also love the "Go, Go Turtle" song from the 2 part OVA.
