I think it would be super cool." Some may take that as confirmation that Inhumans will indeed happen, but Feige really doesn't seem sure, and it's rare that we see that sort of uncertainty from his. He doesn't even seem sure what's going on with Inhuman characters on the small screen, another worrying sign.
Yeah, The Inhumans are never making it into the MCU proper. Not if Feige says "will happen for sure", "happening on television", and "could happen as a movie." Put those together and it spells out:
