Don't worry, the jarring POV shifts in the narrative are explained in the final chapter. By the end of the story, I swear you will at least be able to tolerate the Platinum Dunes universe if you include my story in the canon. Thank you for your time.

I agree, you should check it out. A lot of hard work was put into it, you can tell. It's a unique story that's really good.
