Yes, it came from Wikipedia. That's why I put 'if this episode description is correct' in my original post. I know its Wiki but it has been accurate with the episode descriptions of TMNT and Tron Uprising in the past so I thought it was worth posting.
Also, the International episode title had previously shown up as Rat Trap. It was changed on wiki when the episode description appeared. Maybe the Karai episode got moved up like CyberCubed mentioned as a possibility.
