don't know if i'd call it a steal or not but at a recently opened comic shop i was able to get an original case full of opened 1989 tmnt cartoon cards for 15 bucks. it had one complete set of 88, 8 complete sticker sets, and a ton of 1-88 cards. thankfully no bubblegum.
