Update! For roughly $6, I found this multipack:

Back:

The turles are made of plastic (not rubber)* and therefore they can't hold their veapons. However, I don't care since now I finally have a Foot Soldier!

*Note the obligatory red light on the Turtles' chests

Also, I'm not sure if you can see it, but in the bootom right corner it says: "Dark Malfasaint"... Sounds French to me!
