The last DVD of the remaining Season 5 eps comes out in December, so now the entire series is out on DVD.
If we get a blu-ray it would be next year. I always worked under the assumption they were waiting for all DVDs to be released before they started blu-ray sets, for the obvious reasons the DVDs wouldn't sell if blu-rays came out beforehand.
