You don't typically sit in front of your computer and listen to them - I listen to them on my phone, on the way to work, walking, vacuuming, washing dishes, gardening etc. Makes time go faster, and you learn things.

It doesn't distort the dialogue, it just makes everyone sound like they're talking faster, which makes me nervous for some reason.
