In a fight, they're probably not compared because He-Man and Transformers characters are wayy too powerful for tmnt characters.
Sonic (atleast the old cartoons during the 90s) are more even and a fight between Shredder and Robotnik would be more fair than say, Shredder vs Skeletor.
