I wanted to continue and I asked people which other TMNT characters they wanted to see on my Crossover. And some of them wanted me to show Mona Lisa. As I said on Casey’s ID, the Earth Empire military are good guys, and here is their leader. She’s a non-bender, but she doesn’t need to bend elements for kicking butts!
P.S.: Her outfit is based on one of the possible first outfits of Kuvira before create the final one. In case you don't know, Mona Lisa (2012) and Kuvira are voiced by the same actress, Zelda Williams
