Here in the US at 18, you still a minor in certain things like drinking. You can vote and if you go to war at 18, then you can drink. Otherwise you still a teen, same for 19-year olds, But a 20 year old considered a minor for the things mentioned above, it's ridiculous. The real adulthood should start at 20 in the USA.
