Something about her goggles and namesake makes me think Miyazaki's more of the Donnie.
Tezuka's weapons and placement in the splash panel suggest she's the leader, which also works with Osamu Tezuka being kind of the hallmark figure of the
manga renaissance, as it were, much like Leonardo Da Vinci is arguably the most well known artist of Italian Renaissance.
...and to just state the obvious: Otomo (of the gritty aggressive Akira namesake) is through and through the Raphael.
That would leave us Mikeyless, kind of a group without a heart, which seems oddly fitting for a parody of the TMNT. Or maybe a weird reflection of Eastman's TMNT (thinking about Bodycount being pretty heartless).
Lol I'm putting so much thought put into three parody characters, only one of which has had a couple panels of actual 'screentime' thus far.
