Found all 4 turtles, splinter, shredder, and foot soldier at KB Toys at Fair Oaks Mall in Fairfax, Virginia.
Found Mike, Don, Foot soldiers, and Splinter, plus the van, at Target in Manassas, Virginia today.
PS: Wouldn't it have been neat for kids if the bubble was a bit lower on the card, so one could cut the faces out and make masks? hehe.
