literally see the T-X go up to the SkyNET computers and do her finger-morphy USB thing into them. You think she was just telling SkyNET "hello"? And we know she came from 2032 because that's what we're told and that's when John Connor is killed by the T-850 that gets reprogrammed and sent back to T3's present.
The idea is continued into Salvation, where SkyNET's cyborg advancements are way ahead of when they happened in the original timeline.
