Maybe Ninja Training and Bushido as Chance and Community Chest....
I think that Channel 6 (or the Lair) and the Technodrome should almost Board Walk and Park Place.
Rail Roads are good...except maybe replace the Drome with a Transport Module. Or is there a 4th Turtle Vehicle?
