Your statement is nonsensical. The people that are in charge of scheduling is a part of Nickelodeon and therefore a part of the company. For Nick/Viacom to not be more hands on with how things are scheduled is a fallacy of the company. I find it hard to believe that Nick has no control over this or is unaware.
