It was me! The company I ordered it from (cmdstore) did send me a new one so it was okay (although my new Raph really flops at the waist, and I'm still scared to move the legs too much!)
It was right where the ball that the leg sits on attaches to the hip area. That ball still doesn't seem attached to the body that securely.. but then again, it only happened to me.
I'm just happy I got a new one.
