Toys R Us in Portland and Clackamas, OR have the 12" figures, but nothing else.
Target in Clackamas had everything (Including RP toys) except Shredder and the Sewer Slider.
K-B Toys in Clackamas had nothing, K-B in the Lloyd Center (Portland) had a few figures including one Shredder. He's now mine! ALL MINE!
