Now here's a bit of a plot twist. Black Canary will be in season 2 of "Arrow" but she's not portrayed by Alex Kingston (Dinah Lance) or Katie Kassidy (Laurel Lance). Instead they've cast Caity Lotz for the recurring role. Wonder how she'll do her Canary cry since supposadly there's a "No powers" policy on the show.
