I don't really know the fandom beyond this website. Do old "FW and first 3 movies only" fans count as part of the fandom?
It's divisive to to all the big differences between each incarnation/version of the TMNT. Naturally people will have different preferences as to how they want the TMNT portrayed.
I guess there is some toxicity, but I've been to worse fandoms. Like wrestling forums, for example. Oh man... and anime communities as well.
