I liked the Narnia ones in 2005/2006. Although I only got Lucy and the White Witch.
Another one was the beanie babies they did quite a lot. My mom would take us to McDonald's more when they had those.
I'm looking forward to The Secret Life of Pets plushies at McDonald's. The movie looks amazing, and I love it when they do plushies!
