Why on earth wouldn't the eps be aired on the right order on TV? Whoever works on that site just bundled things up, it has nothing to with how it aired on TV or on the DVDs.
I'm not even sure why it even matters, Nick removes eps from their site all the time. It's not a place to watch eps from.
