Really, because she is on tape berating him for running away and being a “baby” when she begins to get physically violent with him, including throwing vases, cans, pots, pans. In her own words.
And apparently that’s just one piece of incriminating evidence out of nearly 100, turned over by Johnny Depp’s team. Also, all his former wives have come out to vouch for him being a peaceful person. But hey, go with your gut.
He may have issues but this is the most vindicating thing possible for him in this situation.
