It delivered more than I expected and that's why I enjoyed the hell out of it. Of course, maybe it doesn't hurt that I got it for $18. But still, when I see people disparage it, especially when they seem to understand what they were actually going for as it looks like you do... I have to wonder what their threshold for relative quality is. How can something be "trash" if it did exactly as it was supposed to (you know, except for actual trash)?
Like the Wii U and the Vita, I feel like the main reason it failed was because enough people expected it to to where it affected it.
