Nice, this is an awesome and I think accurate layout of the nick tmnt's lair. I found some minor things that can be added to the layout. (For those who wants to make an updated turtle lair layout
)

I'm wondering what's behind that door... Perhaps the original subway entrance as suggested in the layout picture?
Here we can see 4 entrances, so I think those are the bedrooms of the turtles
And here in this shot, you can kinda see the door to one of the entrance.
And last, the training room's elevated and in this screenshot we can now see the ladder going up to the training room.
