I've contacted the person I pre-ordered with a couple times to find out what's going on. He contacted them multiple times for me and they say they are still going to produce him. In all fairness - they took a long time to get their bat signals out too. He is very quick to send a refund when he gets a cancellation notice or smells something fishy. YMMV. I'm going to wait it out...I haven't had that money for well over a year and I'm not really missing it now.
