It's later than I expected. That's about 6 months after Luke Cage. We got Daredevil season 2 only 4 months after JJ.

Plus I'm really going hoping we get 3 shows in 2017. Defenders in summer or early fall, then JJs2 or Punisher early Winter.

I think it's going to play out as:

Iron Fist, Punisher, Defenders 2017
Daredevil s3, Jessica Jones s2, Heroes for Hire or Luke Cage s2 2018

They really need to bump it up to three a year instead of two if they keep adding to the schedule. I want to see Daredevil season 3,but know it will possibly be a year from now or even a little longer. As for Iron Fist I was expecting early February. Daredevil season 2 was bumped up so many Iron Fist will especially if Marvel sees what is on its schedule.

They're filming Punisher as we speak.

Unless it's just Frank Castle appearing in Defenders. But photos have been taken of Berenthal in the wild with a beard.

I missed that yesterday. Cool!

But Defenders is only like 4 episodes , I think. If they start soon, it'd be ready before Punisher. Either way, looks like we're getting 3 next year.

So 2018 can be JJ2, DD3 and Heroes for Hire.

Its not for Defenders, its for his solo series which is currently filming.

Heroes for Hire is a series as well? Would that mean that Luke Cage/Power Man gets one season then Iron Fist gets one season before they fold into another show, Heroes For Hire?

I don't think there's been any official word about that, but combining them might make a lot of sense.

Absolutely not confirmed, but it would be an extremely likely route. Possibly after both protagonists have at least two seasons each? Havta wait and see.
