So it's conflicting messages everywhere.
My point was that there are more sources saying two discs than one disc so far.

I also noticed that it doesn't have the same MSRP as the one-disc releases, and it's not the same as the two-disc releases either. In fact, it's in between. However, it supposedly has near the amount of episodes that the two-disc releases have. "Ultimate Showdown" has 12, "Showdown in Dimension X" has 14, and "Revenge!" and "Beyond the Known Universe" have 12.

God damnit, Requiem and Owari are on seperate discs. Idiots.

Sumo Kama looks a lot like Tatsu...

They put Leo's head on Mike's body in the last menu page. And used him twice and omitted Don. Weird.

What's the big deal out of the last two season 4 eps being on separate discs? It's not like they're out of order or anything.

to save space i take the DVDs out of their original cases and consolidate the seasons into 4 disc holder cases.

this upsets the feng shui of my collection

It's not the last 2, it's only the last 1. Requiem and Owari function like a 2-parter and they split them up.

Seriously what fraking morons. How do you release episodes on dvd before they air? How do you put four episodes of one season in with 7 episodes of the previous season? They've never had this problem before. At least we got all of the episodes from this season. There was some concern we were going to miss a few episodes and that would have pissed me off almost as much as no fraking donatello zipper pull. I'm super pissed Donatello got the shaft.

I feel you. It was kinda cool that I got to watch a whole arc brand new, in one sitting. But these episodes should have aired long ago. That hiatus they took after "The Power Inside Her" was total bullsh*t.

But they have 20 episodes to spread over a year+ now, expect more long breaks.

can't even say i'll be overly sad when this series ends.

i'll still re-watch the seasons i own on dvd i'm sure, but i won't miss the terrible release pattern of new episodes.

Christmas breaks and summertime breaks are OK, as long as no episodes air in another language than the original first.
