Is Rob Paulsen the only actor to voice 2 different turtles in a media?

He did 1987 Raph and 2012 Don and did both in a few episodes of the nick show.

Speaking solely of the 4 turtles , is he the only actor to be in this category?

Full time, yes, but others have tinkered a little. For instance, 4kids' Donatello, Sam Riegal, voiced Raphael in one of those animated shorts from a summer or two ago, & Seth Green voiced a turtle or two in some Robot Chicken clips. There may be other instances, but I can't immediately recall.

Cam Clarke also did Leonardo's voice in Coming out of their Shells while all 4 of the 1987 turtle voice talents did the turtles in Operation Blue Line.

Shredder and Krang combined had the biggest arsenal of any villains in all of the cartoons.

Corey Feldman was the voice of Donatello and Slash.

What they said...

And though they aren't Turtles, Cam Clarke voiced both Rocksteady AND Bebop (though Bebop was just in a game).

Don't forget Clarke also reprised his Leonardo for some 2014 movie tie-in games:

Eric Bauza voiced Leonardo and Donatello in the shorts, Don vs. Raph and Turtles Take Time (and Space) , respectively.

Yuri Lowenthal was Donatello in the Out of the Shadows game and Leonardo in Pizza Friday.

Nolan North was Raphael in the 2007 movie and Leonardo in Mutants in Manhattan.

But then again Nolan North voices everyone anyway.

EDIT: Looks like I as well as many others misunderstood the question! You're asking about two turtles in the same production, right?

And Rob did the same in Animaniac and maybe even Tiny Toons.

What Animaniacs episode had a TMNT parody? I don't remember that.

It's mainly a throw away gag in the opening of the episode Hooked on a Ceiling, where they Warner Sibs mess with Michelangelo.

A true classic!

But are you sure that's Paulsen doing the Mikey impersonation?

I'm just saying Jeff Bennett was awfully versatile too.

TMNT's official Twitter gave Rob a big shout-out yesterday on his birthday for his contributions to the franchise.
