Anybody who hasn't received their membership figures get any update? They have not responded to my email or FB message.

Has anybody received their tier 1/2/3"rewards" orders at all? I have orders in for the tier 1 and tier 3, but haven't been charged like I was for the membership. Still used the 150 pizza points though.

I am getting pretty annoyed with the situation. About to give up and write the $15 off as a lesson learned and hope they don't charge me the other $28 for the other items.

I literally came here just to ask the same question, haha.

I still have not received my membership set yet, and have not received any update.

EDIT: I see someone with Playmates was seemingly responding to people on Instagram who were asking about there orders a couple weeks ago. Maybe it’s worth it to reply to them there?

Try checking the Pizza Points Rewards site to see if they added a tracking number yet(Should be for USPS). Mine has one, though I'm pretty sure it wasn't added until after the package was delivered. Might help if anyone has their package lost in the mail system.

You should get a credit card receipt for every order you place in your email.

I just signed up for the membership. Can someone tell me how many points you get for basic figures etc? I will be trying to earn enough points to get the muck man figure. I usually keep my figures sealed, so I would want to get enough points with the least toys that I may have to open.

Farther along the process then my order. Still nothing. After a week, they responded with any email saying they would "look into it" and now another week has passed with no contact or update.

That’s ridiculous. I get that it’s a deal, but if they took your money, they owe you a product.
